Mend is intended as a place of relaxation. Keeping that in mind, please turn electronic devices to silent before entering and keep voices low while in the clinic.

Late Arrivals

It is important that you arrive on time as we must accommodate all scheduled appointments. If you do arrive late, please be aware that your appointment will still end at the scheduled time. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment and wait in your vehicle until we signal you to come in.

Early Departures

In the event that you have to leave early, thereby shortening the time of the appointment, you will still be billed for the total of the treatment booked. This does not apply to changes made 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations 
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a missed appointment fee equal to the cost of your treatment. This fee cannot be billed to your benefit plan and will be due upon receipt.

​Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of treatment. Registered Massage Therapy is included in many health care plans and direct billing is available for several companies including, but not limited to: Green Shield, Canada Life, Sun Life, Manulife, OTIP, Manion, RWAM, Blue Cross, Equitable Life and Co-operators. In the event that a claim is rejected or in need of further review prior to processing, payment is to be made in full and a receipt will be provided for submission to your extended benefit provider. Accepted payment methods include Debit, VISA, Mastercard or Cash.
